THINGS THAT ARE HELPING ME DURING LOCKDOWN

Today I thought I'd share what is helping me during lockdown. What is helping you? how are you feeling/coping? Let me know.

Fresh Air
This really helps my mental health I feel better for going out for a walk and getting some fresh air. It's even better when it's sunny that lifts my mood! I have also been spending time in the garden doing weeding when it's a nice day.
Making An Effort
I don't do this everyday as I'm not actually going anywhere but when I wash my hair and wear makeup I feel happier!. I also don't want to waste my make up! haha but it does help to make you feel better.
Colouring Books
I have many colouring books and now is a good time to do them! I find them relaxing and they take my mind off things. So if you have any dig them out or you can find them online from the Works.
Watching My Favourite YouTubers

Brogan Tate makes weekly vlogs tips and advice and Disney! she has a positive attitude

Charlotte Taylor has been documenting what her family has been doing during lockdown and they're currently having work done on their house.

Katnipp runs a Etsy store of pins, bookmarks, planners, mouse mats etc. She also makes studio vlogs of what she's been doing and all the orders she gets. I like that she's always so positive and inspirational.
Having A Pamper
Having a nice bath, doing a facemask, using a bath bomb and relaxing. Our neighbour gave us these as she doesn't like bath bombs! I know they're Christmas but who cares! I love bath bombs.
Making A Playlist Of My Favourite Songs
Music generally lifts my mood so I enjoy making a playlist and switching off listening to it. It also depends on my mood sometimes I listen to cheesy songs or recent artists such as Meghan Trainor Little Mix and JoJo.

Baking
I love baking so this is a good time to make things! I made chocolate cornflake cakes which isn't exactly cooking/baking but they're so good! I also love brownies, chocolate fridge cake, scones and lemon cake.

Thanks for reading!.
