I went to Walton with my mum on the bus from Colchester we walked along the sea front, took some photos, the tide was in and we had fish and chips and an ice cream. We waited for the next bus back to Colchester but it didn't turn up so we had to get the train. We could've waited for the next bus but it was another 2 hours and who knows if that would've turned up.

LONDON 2023
I spent one night in London with my sister and here's what we did.
Britannia International Hotel at Canary Wharf (the photo is not the hotel)
This is the hotel we stayed in, it was very dated but we only had one night there so it was okay. The breakfast was a buffet one which was alright but not the best. We were on the 3rd floor, the 3rd floor? it's scary up there! haha if you know that quote we can be friends! there wasn't much of a view from our room but never mind.
Battersea Light Festival (Free)
I didn't know this existed but it was good to look around at all the lights, as it was something different.I wanted to take some photos at Battersea power station station but I couldn't. The light festival is on until the 5th March. It's worth visiting, there's also shops and a bit where they show the history of Battersea power station.
Breakfast Club
We went here for lunch I tried something different which was waffles with chicken, egg, gravy, bacon and maple syrup. It was nice and I'd go again.
Crossrail Place Roof Garden (Free)
This is a roof top garden in Canary Wharf it's a nice garden to walk around and take some photos. The view from the top is good too!
Museum of London Docklands
We went here before we went to Westfield as the shops don't open until 12pm on a Sunday! the museum was interesting to walk around, there's a lot to look at, I'd have liked to of done the execution exhibition but we didn't and it ends in April.

PLACES TO VISIT IN YORK
I recently stayed in York for 2 nights with my sister and I thought I would share some places we visited. Have you been to York? We also walked the shambles, York walls, saw York minster and went to Bettys where I had a fat rascal.
The National Railway Museum Free Entry But You Can Donate
I really enjoyed this, there was loads to look I could've spent more time there but I couldn't. I walked through a Japanese train, stood under the 4003 lode star train, took loads of photos and learnt lots of facts. I would go here again if I had the chance and spend more time looking around.
Yorkshire Castle Museum £13 Adult or Free If On Universal Credit
This museum has loads to look at such as a Victorian street, York castle prison my favourite bit, when the world changed forever first world war,the sixties and shaping the body 400 years of fashion, food and life. It all interesting but there was a lot to take in if I had the chance I'd go again and spend longer there looking around.
York Chocolate Story £15.95 Adult
This tour of York's chocolate factory which you should book as it gets busy. A tour guide takes you on a tour all about the history of the chocolate factory which is really interesting you get to make a chocolate lolly and you also get a little goody bag.
Clifford's Tower English Heritage £8.10 Adult (Members Free)
I'd not heard of this before but it was interesting to look around and learn more about it. The views from the top were amazing. Clifford's
Tower has sat at the heart of York since the Norman Conquest, and
over the years it's been a medieval stronghold,a royal mint, and a
garrison in the Civil Wars.

CENTER PARCS WEEKEND AWAY
Today I'm sharing my thoughts and review on my weekend trip to Center Parcs in Elveden Forest in Thetford Norfolk. It was mine and my mums first time going so I thought I would share what we got up to. If you're thinking of going then be sure to leave a comment or contact me on my social media.
We travelled on Friday afternoon as you cant check in your room until 3pm but you can arrive at 10am to wander and explore the place. When we got there we had to queue for a while but when we got to the check in point we got given our paper work/wrist band. The wrist band gets you in your room etc so you have to wear all the time and don't worry it's waterproof!.
After we'd checked in and unpacked our things we went to find the bike centre to hire our bikes for the weekend. They cost £31 each and we used them everyday we were there (well apart from Monday when we came home). I highly recommend hiring one as the place is so big and everything is spread out. On our first night we ate at Bella Italia and I had a cheesy pasta dish called Parma Dolcelatte and I also had a skinny mocktail which was actually nice!.

On Saturday we only had pottery booked and then went swimming as it's the only free activity. Pottery was ok but I wish I could have finished my plate properly but I got rushed :(. You pay for the studio which was £5.75 for adults and then pick an item to paint anything from a mug to a money box!. My plate was £16.50 but I had a voucher for £5 off so I got it for £11.50. After this we went swimming which was busy and noisy but that's what you expect! I wasn't overly keen but ah well. We were hungry by then so we headed for the pancake house which I recommend visiting!.
We had dinner at the Indian which is called Rajinda Pradesh it was very nice and I enjoyed it. I didn't get any photos of this meal though. We booked this one the after we'd been to Bella Itaila so we didn't miss out. We had battered cauliflower pieces which we'd never had before and they were really nice.
On Sunday we had adventure golf and clubbercise booked one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I enjoyed playing golf but not clubbercise as I couldn't keep up with it and I didn't like it but I've tried it now!. We took our DVD back that we rented on Saturday it was girls trip but we didn't like it, then we took our bikes back in the afternoon because we wouldn't have time on Monday. In the evening we went to Foresters Inn the restaurant near our apartment where we had a roast dinner.
Thanks for reading and be sure to let me know if you go!
