2. If you work from home then work from a desk as you're more likely to get things done. If you go out to work then it's also important to get things done so ask your manager or whoever is in charge what you've got to do for your shift.
3.Get up earlier, eat a good breakfast such as porridge or eggs, wash, get dressed etc you'll feel better for it and more ready to start your day.
4.Put on some music to tidy/clean/ it'll help you get things done and you can have a dance at the same time!.
5.Keep away from distractions especially social media as this can cause you to stop working/doing things-you won't miss anything promise!.
