Today's blogtober is 5 pick me ups for when you're feeling down or need some positivity thrown your way!
1. Music is definitely a way to cheer up it always helps make me feel happier and positive!. So add some songs you haven't listened to in ages to a playlist either on Spotify or iTunes and I guarantee it will cheer you up!.
2. I love true crime documentaries there's lots on Netflix but for something more cheerier I like the Big Bang Theory, Sabrina the teenage witch (the original) and Charmed. I have over watched these so many times and they never get old!.
3. Start a positive journal write down how your day went/how you feel etc it really helps. I started mine last year and I'm still writing in it. Sometimes it helps to write things down even if you've had a bad day.
4. Go out for a walk on a nice day and take some nice photos they're guaranteed to cheer you up!. You can also share them on instagram or if you have a blog share them on there.
5. Bake something nice such as flapjacks, cake, buns or brownies! and enjoy with a nice hot chocolate and a film. These mini chocolate loaves with chocolate butter cream.
