Welcome to day 24 of blogtober today's post is ways to stay motivated during autumn/winter
1. Go for a walk and get fresh air! it really helps, it's good to get outside and taking photos is fun too!. I like to try to get out for a walk everyday now since lockdown I've been on many walks and they've really helped.
2. Get into a routine such as shower in the mornings, make breakfast, get dressed and put makeup on you'll feel much better!.
3. Write a positive journal about your day it really helps to feel grateful and have a positive mindset.
4. Get your outfit ready the night before for the next day so you're not rushing about in the morning and you'll have more time for other things.
5. Make a motivational playlist of songs that make you feel good! I like Abba, Little Mix and Meghan Trainor to name some.
