Today's is things you can do if you need a break as life during lockdown can be hard and we need to take care of ourselves.
Go For Walks
This really helps so get outside and get some fresh air! I love doing this I feel much better and I like taking photos.
Baking
I like baking cakes, flapjacks, brownies and of course eating them! I find new recipes in magazines, or I use ones I already have.
Adult Colouring Books
I have a lot of colouring books and it takes my mind off things and I like being creative.
Read Books/Magazines
I don't read many books, but I like magazines such as cooking I like finding new things to cook, home ones to get ideas and crime ones
Watch Tv Series/Films/Documentaries
Anything to do with Space or crime. I also like the big bang theory, criminal minds and charmed. I like films as well such as Charlie and the chocolate factory, Two weeks' notice, Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Bath/Pamper
Take time away to relax and do a face mask, use a bath bomb and your favourite bubble bath. You could always use a hair mask and a foot mask.
