YOU DON'T NEED TO BE BUSY ALL THE TIME DURING LOCKDOWN

Today's post is about how you don't need to be productive, busy or motivated during lockdown lately I've felt like I needed to be doing something all the time and when I nap I feel like oh I should have been doing this even though it's not important and napping is okay!.

A lot of people have been learning new things, getting new jobs or baking impressive things and while I've been going for walks, documenting my time on lockdown on my blog and baking not so impressive things (but tasty!) I've realised I don't need to be doing things all the time because it doesn't matter and taking a nap or a bath for a pamper is okay or just doing nothing.

Lockdown is hard for everyone, especially now we're in lockdown 2 I survived the first one as the weather as good but now it's November the weather isn't so good. I have found this year hard and that's why I'm writing this post to tell you, you don't need to be busy all the time and doing nothing is very acceptable. It has been a hard 8 months, things have changed and we've all had to adjust to this being the new normal.

I have struggled with my mental health but going for walks helps and when I don't go I feel off and not right I feel much better if I go for a walk to get fresh air. Listening to music helps when I feel down,  colouring takes my mind off things and taking photos when I go for walks makes me happy!. I think I've coped more or less okay during both lockdowns but like everyone I've had good days, some bad and some when I felt frustrated and fed up.

If you want to have a pyjama day and eat all the snacks then go ahead or if you want to binge watch a series then do it, you don't need to be motivated or productive everyday because it's unrealistic and we're in strange times.

Thanks for reading.
