I thought I would write a post about lockdown one year on, I can't believe we are still in this situation it's been a struggle but somehow, we've survived and now there's a vaccine thing will start to improve.
Lockdown One
I coped well with this lockdown as I was getting out for walks everyday with my mum as the weather was warm and sunny. I also took many photos which bought me joy and I felt better getting outside for fresh air. As I still live at home me and my mum made things such as mayonnaise, croissants and Danish pastries. We spent a lot of time in the garden eating our lunch and made the most of the weather. I felt happy getting outside, walking and taking photos that's what kept me going. I also started buying things online oops.
Lockdown Two
This was in November the weather was changing but I went on a few walks which was good but then in December the weather got colder. We got put into lockdown on the 5th of November until the 3rd of December. Me and my mum went to Colchester the last time before the 3rd lockdown then after that we were at home. Christmas was just us 3 because we couldn't have visitors/family indoors. Then we were put in another lockdown in January which is still going on now.
Lockdown Three
This lockdown has been the hardest and I've struggled more as it was colder and not good weather, so I stayed in more. I didn't go for many walks and felt more fed up with things I've found that my mental health hasn't been as good but I'm hoping things get better soon. There are some dates for some sort of normality but who knows if they'll happen, but fingers crossed something does. I won't be rushing out anywhere as it'll be busy, but I will venture out at some point. Now the weather is getting better, and spring is here I want to start going for more walks again.
Thanks for reading.
