10 WAYS TO STAYING POSITIVE

Today's post is 10 ways to staying positive I know we can't be positive all the time but these things will help to banish the negative.

1. Listen to upbeat songs and have a dance.
2.Start a journal and write down positives for each day.
3.Wear a colourful outfit.
4.Put on makeup to feel good.
5.Take a walk and take photos of the views and nature.
6.Look in charity shops for bargains you never know what you might find.
7.Find some positive quotes on Pinterest.
8.Start a scrapbook of positive quotes and postcards.
9.Start the colouring book you've had for ages or find one in the works.
10.If you feel burnout then have a pamper day/night with a bath bomb, your favourite bubble bath and a face mask.
