1. Have a pamper session-bubble bath, body scrub and body butter/lotion.
2. Make a playlist of feel good songs and listen to them while either tidying/cleaning/organising.
3. Plan future blog posts.
4. Watch YouTube/films/Netflix documentaries.
5. Bake-brownies,Victoria sponge,flapjacks (a few faves!)
6. Meal plan for the week.
7. Sort your wardrobe out-make piles of keep-donate-rag.
8. Draw/paint/knit/do puzzles.
9. Job search (if you're unemployed)
10. Sort out your emails/de-clutter your computer.
