2. Write your to do list the before you go to sleep so you aren't worrying about it in the night.
3. Get off social media! I know it's hard but it's a bad distraction and you won't get things done!
4. Start the most important tasks first such as the messiest rooms or the tasks that take the longest.
5. Stick on some motivational music or YouTube in the background so you have some sound.
