Negativity
Unfollow people on social media, remove negative people from your life and surround yourself with positivity and positive people. I know we can't be positive all the time but if you have a friend or someone who is constantly negative then it's time to distant yourself.
Worrying
We all do this and 99% of the time the things we worry about don't happen! so what I do is either write things down or talk to someone. There is also a tip I learnt recently which is to put your worries in a 'box' and then put said box in a cupboard and then leave it there until you need it again.
Pleasing Everyone
I know we all want to be a good egg but there becomes a time when you have to stop pleasing people in fear of upsetting them.
Putting Yourself Down
We all do this and it doesn't bring us any joy! so STOP! try to write down positives about what is bringing you down. By writing something down will change your mindset and put you in a more positive mood and more determined to achieve!
Saying Yes To Everything
If you keep saying yes to everything such as a meal out, cinema, lunch etc you will become burnout and run down. So next time you get asked somewhere say no!, unless it's an important event but if it's not then say you're feeling burnout and need a rest.
