SPRING EASTER BARK

I made chocolate bark for Easter  as I've always wanted to try it! and I thought I'd share it on my blog! I love spring for the sunny weather, pastel colours and lighter evenings.



What You Need.
White chocolate
Mini eggs
Dark chocolate
Mini crème eggs
Cocktail sticks to make swirly patterns.



What To Do.
Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in bowls over the hob or in the microwave. After melting them spread the white chocolate over some greaseproof paper on a tray, the using the dark chocolate and the cocktail sticks make some swirly patterns. Then arrange the eggs and other sweets you're using and leave to set.
