Wow it's week 9 of lockdown! it feels like the weeks go super quick! I'm doing okay I have good and bad days like everyone else we're all in the same boat! and the weather has been good on some days this week.
Monday 18th May 2020We went on our walk to wash barn and saw a muntjac. I wore my new dress, and I got some bits in the co-op. I watched Brogan Tates Day in the life vlog and spent some time working on my blog. I wore makeup which I hadn't in ages! it does make me feel better.
Today we all went for a walk down blue bridge, along the old railway and then to Langley mill and past Halstead Garden centre and then home. I ordered a book I wanted as libraries are closed, I thought I'd buy it! it's called talking with serial killers-dead men talking. I also printed off one of the photos I took on a walk and put it in a frame because I like so much. I had chicken drumsticks and thighs for dinner with mini-Yorkshire puddings.
This morning I collected my prescription from Boots and went to Sainsburys and got some more simple moisturiser and some other bits. It was very hot today! I saw Bradley my old volunteering manager and had a quick chat. We didn't go for a walk this morning as it was too hot.
Today I made onion and chive dip but it was quite strong so I will try it again! It was nice and I like to try new things. We also made mayonnaise which we've never done before, and it turned out good. We didn't go for a walk today, but I hope to go tomorrow. I did feel a bit bored this afternoon I felt like it was going slow.
Friday 22nd May 2020
My Katnipp order came! yay so excited I love her studio vlogs and all the things she designs. We went for a walk this afternoon to box mill, but it was windy! We had bacon and cheeseburgers from Lidl for dinner. I watched Brogan Tates video on positivity which was helpful.
I stayed in today so haven't done much :/ tbh I have been a bit bored anyway I had a nap and did a face mask. I had a bath. It was windy today and it rained a bit but then the sun came out! so wasn't much rain.
Sunday 24th May 2020
Wow this week has flown by! We made croissants and Danish pastries which take ages to make but they turned out well. We didn't get out for a walk today because it was cloudy and dull. I hope we can go tomorrow. I watched more Lizzie McGuire on Disney + and changed my bed. I made some orders, so I'll post them in next week's post if they arrive.
