Welcome to blogtober day 14 today's post is baking halloweeny cupcakes. I'm not one of them fancy bloggers who has every ingredient weighed out in bowls and nor do I have fancy photos anyway here's some halloweeny cupcakes.
What You Need For The Cupcakes
6oz Self Raising Flour
2 eggs
6oz Sugar
3oz Marg
Cupcake cases ( mine came from Poundland)
Decorations
Edible eyes
Halloween icing decorations
Cupcake Method
First things first turn the oven on to 200 degrees then mix all the ingredients together and spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases and bake for 10-15 minutes but keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
Buttercream
6oz Icing Sugar
Food Colouring- A halloweeny colour
3oz Marg
Buttercream Method
Mix all the ingredients together and add the food colouring until it's your desired colour. Then pipe onto the cooled cupcakes and decorate.
