What You Need-
33 x 23 x 5-cm baking
tray lined with greaseproof paper
200 g-dark chocolate
175 g-unsalted butter
325 g-caster sugar
130 g-plain flour
3 eggs
Icing sugar optional to
decorate
What To Do-
Step One-
Turn the oven on to 170°C/325°F/gas mark 3.
Step Two-
Break the chocolate and
put in a bowl with the butter over a simmering saucepan of water but
don't the bowl touch the water. Leave until all the ingredients have
melted remove from the heat.
Step Three-
Add the sugar into the
chocolate and stir until well incorporated. Then add the flour and
mix well. Finally stir in the eggs and mix until you have a thick and
smooth mixture. Next spoon the mixture
into the lined baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes but keep an eye
on them so they don't over cook. They should be gooey in the middle
and flaky on the top.
